These items are special order items, once ordered and we have confirmed with Lladro they cannot be cancelled. As they are special order items they also cannot be returned for a refund unless there is a defect. There is a 3 week turnaround time from placing the order to you receiving it. If the order is placed after a Friday and before Tuesday this can be reduced to 2 weeks but it is not guaranteed. By placing the order you agree to all the above terms.

The new porcelain set, comprising a bottle with lid and two small bowls for serving soy sauce, is the latest addition to the Koi collection: a series of table accessories inspired by the world’s most highly appreciated ornamental fish, a symbol of love and friendship. The three pieces are made in white porcelain with a matte finish on the outside and a glazed finish inside, and an elegant geometric decoration inspired by the scales of koi. In addition, the bottle also depicts two koi finished in golden luster.
