These items are special order items, once ordered and we have confirmed with Lladro they cannot be cancelled. As they are special order items they also cannot be returned for a refund unless there is a defect. There is a 3 week turnaround time from placing the order to you receiving it. The Phoenix is part of The Spiritual Creatures collection, inspired by the principles of Feng Shui.
