These items are special order items, once ordered and we have confirmed with Lladro they cannot be cancelled. As they are special order items they also cannot be returned for a refund unless there is a defect. There is a 3 week turnaround time from placing the order to you receiving it. If the order is placed after a Friday and before Tuesday this can be reduced to 2 weeks but it is not guaranteed. By placing the order you agree to all the above terms.

A splendid, large-format and complex piece, both fantastic and realistic: the reindeer are modelled and sculpted like real animals, and they seem to leap and run over the clouds. Highlights include the minutest of details such as the antlers of the reindeer or their legs, the skates of the sled, the small toys, or even the small leather pompom on Santa Claus' hat. His facial expression is happy and smiling. Worth noting is the decoration of the sides of the sleigh, where the mistletoe motifs on a dark brown and green background have been reflected with red beads.
